Evan's Personal Rating: Other than when it rains or snows, these courts are always busy. The upper eight courts are built on top of a resevoir so they dry out fairly quickly, however, some dips in the surface collects water. The wall is conveniently located in between the upper and lower courts, therefore, providing no obstruction to those playing on real courts. Burnaby Parks & Recreation holds lessons on the lower courts so on busy summer days, 2-4 courts are used leaving 8-10 courts for public play. The surface isn't too bad but not in the best of shape. The nets are in decent shape with plenty of benches and garbage cans in between the courts. The lights for night play are limited but the washrooms are near by.
