Personal Rating: Wow, the lower courts are hard to call tennis
courts. Poorly upkept with only one net in place with dirt,
twigs and mud covering the surface. It boggles the mind to
wonder why they put such a nice surface with proper colouring
only to let it rot. The upper courts are not nearly as nice
a surface but are upkept much better. There are three courts
up top but again only two nets are in place. There is plenty
of wall space on the upper and lower courts. There are even
night lights at the lower courts but I would question their
functionality.
